Working togetherCareers with Open House Group

What we can offer you

By joining us, you will become part of a young and dynamic internet-based company with a truly international outlook. Choosing new destinations, negotiating rates, arranging and co-ordinating bookings and finally working out how to promote and present this information online are just some of the elements that go into our business. Whatever role you play - as an IT expert, a member of our customer care team, a marketer or a sales representative – you will be making a valued contribution to ensuring our continued and long-term success.

You will also be joining us at an exciting time in our history. With 16 years’ industry experience behind us, and a presence in 17 major European destinations, we have our eye on the future. That’s where you come in. We’re interested in hearing from individuals who have drive, flair and above all, a commitment to quality.

Of course, you will also be living and working in a city that’s consistently voted one of the top places to live in the world, where it’s pretty easy to keep your work/life balance in kilter. Our headquarters are in a prime city centre location (just a 10-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya) giving you immediate access to all that Barcelona has to offer.

Room to grow

Our business has really taken off since it was launched back in the internet’s infancy. We’ve established ourselves as the leader in online Barcelona accommodation rentals, and have expanded to include nine other major European destinations. Meanwhile, we’ve opened offices in both Paris and Berlin and have actively recruited several key professionals into our Barcelona and Berlin teams this year.

All of this means there’s plenty of scope for our staff to take on roles and projects that shape our future success as well as furthering their personal development.

Our company culture – well-versed in diversity

In our Barcelona headquarters we have staff who hail from all corners of the globe – Spain, Britain, Germany, Mexico, France, Australia, and Poland are just some examples. Working cheek by jowl with professionals from around the world is a great way to develop your intercultural skills, or even just brush up on your high school languages.

The work environment is fairly laid-back, in that we are a dress-down company and everyone from the doorman to the CEO is on first-name terms. Having said that, we operate within a fast-paced industry, where maintaining market leadership is an ongoing challenge. If you join us, you will never be part of the furniture. Our team is made up of ambitious and talented individuals, from all walks of life, who have one thing in common – ensuring the best possible quality of service to our clients. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
