Staff are very helpful.
I have used Oh-Berlin a few times and never had any major problems.You obviously have to go with all the phone and contact details so you can make contact in the event of a hiccup.I have no problem with my comments appearing on the Oh-Berlin website but not anywhere else including Facebook.

Very easy to use website and prompt responses
It was difficult to figure out who to contact to confirm our arrival time. Too many different phone numbers.
I did send a couple of emails and some feedback when we first booked but got no response. Also trying to use the app is impossible. Nice to have this free service but you can't navigate and access easily so we deleted it. Website also lists currency at the bottom of the booking page, this needs to be at the top of the page where you can see it. Saves confusion.
